Consultation on 2012 Political Reform

HKSAR Government has begun the consultation process on the electoral arrangement for the Chief Executive and the Legislative Council in 2012. Hong Kong Investigation & Research Centre (HKIRC) has a series of commentatory articles over the consultation.
